With the allure of the law coursing through her veins, there was little doubt that Paige would become a lawyer. Paige’s father, older brother and uncle are all lawyers and her younger brother is currently in law school. Paige grew up in a tight-knit family where children were encouraged to do the right thing, to care for others and respect the rights of everybody, and to seek fairness and justice. While never pressured, or even strongly encouraged, to attend law school, it was inevitable that Paige would go on to become a lawyer. And she has only grown more committed to her craft since.
Paige has a service mindset borne from a lifetime of cultural experiences and volunteerism. Born in Washington, Illinois, Paige moved with her family to Nashville at the age of four. From there it was off to live in the multi-cultural city-state of Singapore, where she attended school with students from over fifty countries. In fact, Paige herself has visited ten countries. Paige returned to Washington for high school. She then went on to Bradley University where she received her Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Psychology and a minor in criminal justice. From there she went to St. Louis University School of Law where she distinguished herself as the Managing Editor of the school’s prestigious Journal of Health Law and Policy. She graduated in 2016 with a certificate in health law.
Having received so much guidance, support, nurturing, and mentoring throughout her life, Paige feels a deep seated need to pay it forward by helping others. Paige returned to Peoria to immerse herself in the community and give back to a place that has shaped her into who she is.
