Kristin E. Arriaga is a dedicated attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She currently serves as an Associate Attorney where her practice focuses on commercial litigation, civil rights defense, medical professional liability, and personal injury defense.
Kristin brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to her litigation practice, informed by the breadth of her professional background and her commitment to understanding the real-world impact legal disputes have on the individuals and organizations she represents. She is known for combining careful legal analysis with practical, empathetic advocacy in every matter she handles.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law, Kristin was recognized as an Anthony A. DiGrazia Scholar by the West Suburban Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity and as a Woman’s Bar Foundation Scholar by the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. These honors reflect her leadership abilities and demonstrated professional promise.
Kristin remains actively engaged in the legal community as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and the Peoria County Bar Association. She also serves as a board member and chapter clerk of the West Suburban Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. Her leadership and service were internationally recognized when she received third place for the Dalphine MacMillan Outstanding Treasurer Award from Phi Alpha Delta International.
Outside of her legal practice, Kristin is a proud Chicagoan who enjoys spending time with her family and participating in church and community activities.
