As a trial litigator by day, his experience with NIL spans the country as an advisor and consultant for administrators, coaches, NIL collectives, and athletes. Mitch is in a rare category as a former Division I basketball player and Division I basketball coach who now advises NCAA coaches and administrators. As a trusted authority in the legal industry, Mitch has done consulting work for the NBA Players Association and presented at the most well-known Universities in the country while also appearing as a legal analyst for college basketball’s Field of 68. For his legal expertise, Mitch has been recognized and quoted on national media outlets on a wide range of ongoing sports-related issues.
